The Carolina Panthers have two big questions ahead of them.

The question marks that the Panthers have headed into the offseason are cause for concern. Their franchise quarterback was put on injured reserve in September and now he’s having surgery, their head coach of nine years was released four weeks before the end of the season, and now the NFL media is buzzing about the potential loss of Cam Newton. The only thing that we know for sure is that the Panthers will be different next year…because every team changes during the offseason.

Leadership is a word that gets thrown around a lot when speaking about quarterback or coaching changes. The recent changes and speculation of potential changes speak to everyone’s fear of who the leaders of the team will be in 2020. However, the facts are limited at this point, the team still has games play, and there is no rush to make any decisions right now. Let’s examine what we do know so far.
