Wide receiver D.J. Moore is someone that could benefit significantly from a new quarterback, which makes him a breakout Carolina Panthers fantasy candidate in 2020.

Much is expected of D.J. Moore in 2020. This makes him an undervalued Carolina Panthers fantasy football player heading into the season.

The star wide receiver is coming off his first 1,000-yard season despite the Panthers quarterback play being less than impressive last term. With free-agent acquisition Teddy Bridgewater now under center. There is real hope that Moore can make further strides and become one of the more elite players operating at the position.

Walter Cherepinsky from WalterFootball.com is of the belief Moore is one of the most underrated Panthers fantasy football players heading into 2020.

With an ADP of 7.03, Moore could become a viable WR1 option in all formats if Bridgewater manages to make the most out of another opportunity to become a prolonged NFL starter.

Speaking about Moore’s potential fantasy football impact, Cherepinsky had this to say.

"“D.J. Moore’s ADP is outrageously low. He was stellar last season despite catching passes from Kyle Allen. I like his outlook even more with Teddy Bridgewater serving as an upgrade as Carolina’s quarterback.”"

The former first-round pick out of Maryland has shown tremendous progress during his first two years as a professional. This Panthers showed a lot of faith in Moore and he has repaid them with some superb production on an offense that has not exactly set the world alight during his time with the franchise.

Panthers’ fantasy football fans will know all about what Moore can produce. It will now be up to the player to continue this growth in new offensive coordinator Joe Brady’s scheme.
