How would Carolina Panthers’ training camp look with no fans?

Having fans at the Carolina Panthers’ training camp has provided players, staff, and others in attendance with a fantastic atmosphere over the years. It is one of the highlights of the NFL calendar and gives supporters a real insight into what goes on behind-the-scenes on a day-to-day basis.

While it is no doubt disappointing that this year’s camp won’t likely have this element to it. There are some players who may consider it as an unwelcome distraction as they look to stake their claim on the 53-man roster in 2020.

If players feel a little uncomfortable playing in front of a crowd during a critical stage of their overall aspirations. Not having the Panthers’ fanbase present should allow them to focus a little more on the task in hand and not on what is going on around them.

On the flip side of this, you have those that excel when things are that little bit louder. A raucous atmosphere can add fuel to the fire for those not only looking to make an impression but also seasoned veterans who need a little bit extra motivation to get them through a rigorous process before competitive action gets underway.

It is a very challenging time for the entire globe currently and the sooner things get back to normal, the better. However, this doesn’t appear to be happening anytime soon and the Panthers must rise to the challenge of getting ready for the new season in a different way to what they are normally accustomed to.
