Here are four bold predictions for the Carolina Panthers for the remainder of their offseason.
The Carolina Panthers still have some questions to answer despite a series of bold moves during the offseason so far. New head coach Matt Rhule has wasted no time in making his presence felt and has almost gutted the roster in the hope of turning around their fortunes.
This might come with a winning record in 2020. But it was a necessary evil in order to possibly have a team befitting of their ambitious off-field plans in the coming years.

But if the franchise can show it is going in the right direction it is going to do their long-term aspirations no harm at all.
