Which members of the Carolina Panthers could end the 2020 season with a Pro Bowl selection?

The Carolina Panthers might be expected to struggle in 2020. But that does not mean there couldn’t be some surprises and strong individual contributions from their current roster.

New head coach Matt Rhule has wasted no time in making wholesale changes to the group with a view to changing around their fortunes. The Carolina Panthers roster might be devoid of any prominent veteran leadership from here on. But it is hard to argue that the team looks a lot more athletic and vibrant than in years gone past.

While this is unlikely to bring with it a postseason berth next season. It might give the Panthers half a chance of building some confidence ahead of another pivotal offseason in 2021. Rhule was given free rein after signing a seven-year deal. And he has already shown his bravery in removing overpaid players to benefit the team.

It’s easy to forget that this season is going to a steep learning curve for Rhule. The former Baylor coach is stepping into the NFL environment for the first time. And it will be interesting to see just how well he gets on during this time.

If things click right away despite the lack of time together. Then it is going to stand the Panthers in extremely good stead. It might also see some high-performing roster members secure their first-ever Pro Bowl selection at the end of the campaign.

Here are four players who have a realistic shot of making their debut Pro Bowl appearance in 2020.
