What are the best offseason moves made so far by the Carolina Panthers in 2020?

The Carolina Panthers have made some bold moves during the free agency period. This has completely revitalized their roster as new head coach Matt Rhule wasted no time in making his presence felt with the organization.

While the expectations surrounding a possible postseason tilt appear to be bleak in 2020. The Carolina Panthers still possess some eye-catching talent that could surprise people if everything clicks into place before competitive action gets underway.

There was little doubt that something like this was needed to turn around the fortunes of the franchise. The Panthers stagnated somewhat during Ron Rivera’s final years at the helm. And the move brings at least the possibility of becoming a contender in the not-too-distant future.

Rhule is going to go through a baptism of fire during his first year as an NFL head coach. The Panthers face a tough schedule and also find themselves in an NFC South that now has two teams who have realistic ambitions of winning the Super Bowl.

If his players show their worth and progress steadily as the season goes on. Then this is probably all he is looking for at the present time. Carolina’s decision-makers could have more financial wiggle room in 2021 to pursue big-name free-agents and possibly speed up their rebuilding phase.

There were plenty of moves to choose from. But here are the five best we picked out from the offseason so far.
