Things are about to get interesting for the Carolina Panthers following a turbulent offseason. The franchise has made wholesale changes under new head coach Matt Rhule. And their task to prepare for the new campaign has been severely impacted by the current climate.
With social distancing measures set to be relaxed by the NFL this month. It represents a chance for the Carolina Panthers to get down to business in the hope of improving their fortunes in 2020.
How the team gets on during this initial period of transition is going to tell us a great deal about what we can expect from them both next season and in the years to come. This is a young and relatively unproven roster who will all be learning on the job. But despite this, there is plenty for fans to look forward to as the return of competitive action gets ever closer.
It remains to be seen just how successful the Panthers are going to be in 2020. What will be more important is the need for stability and for their current group to show the right sort of progression that will stand them in good stead for the future.
