4. Christian Miller (Carolina Panthers EDGE)

Christian Miller was the fourth-round selection of the Carolina Panthers in 2019. He came off a very good season in Alabama. But didn’t see the field a lot during his rookie campaign.

In the seven games he did play, Miller recorded two sacks and three combined tackles. These aren’t the most eye-catching numbers. But the player showed signs of potential during his limited time on the field.

Coming into this season, Miller will get a shot to be a starting edge rusher for the Panthers. He’d be playing opposite the Panthers 2019 first-round pick Brian Burns, who is another that has the scope to make significant strides in 2020.

Burns and Miller are very similar in the way they rush the passer. They both use their speed and athleticism to their advantage. And the duo possesses an exceptional technique that also assists them in tackling in the open field.

Miller can be a great player for the Panthers. He’s a superb athlete and showed signs of stardom in the games he contributed in last season.

If Miller earns the starting spot during what is a pivotal training camp for the player, Panthers’ fans should expect to see him in the backfield a lot. He has a chance to make a name for himself in 2020 and will be a player to keep an eye on.
