How does the Carolina Panthers offense look following an offseason of unprecedented changes?

The Carolina Panthers have made some substantial changes to their offense during free agency. They opted to remove some senior figures from their roster and replace them with individuals who have the potential to really shine under the new regime.

While some of their moves could have been handled a bit differently by the Carolina Panthers. It might have been a necessary evil for the franchise as they head into a crucial season of transition under new head coach Matt Rhule.

Their plight will not be aided by the lack of time together before they take the field in a competitive setting. But there is definite scope to surprise if everything clicks into place right away.

Not much is expected from the Panthers in 2020. This is to be expected during the first year of a rebuild. But that does not mean their offensive weapons do not have to show what they are capable of going forward.

Their defense is going to go through its fair share of turmoil with a young and relatively unproven group. It is therefore vital that the Panthers’ offense put points on the board consistently to give them a fighting chance.

Given the number of potential playmakers at their disposal, it would be immensely disappointing if they didn’t make significant strides from an offensive perspective. Some veteran players will be missed more than others. So it will be up to those brought in as replacements to prove their worth and perhaps enhance the speed of their rebuild.
