3 reasons QB Teddy Bridgewater should be on your fantasy team

Carolina Panthers Reason No. 2: The focus on Christian McCaffrey
Although the passing offense has plenty of promise going into 2020. The Carolina Panthers will still rely heavily on Christian McCaffrey to continue his astonishing form since entering the league.
The All-Pro running back is arguably the best player in all of fantasy football to have next season. And there is little doubting his credentials as the best dual-threat weapon in the league.

Having McCaffrey in the backfield is going to do Teddy Bridgewater’s chances the world of good. Teams will know just how much the former first-round pick out of Stanford can hurt them if given the chance. So they will need to stack the box on almost every down to limit the space in which he has to work with.
This will give wide receivers more one-on-one opportunities on the outside. And it also means that Bridgewater should get some real separation to work with from a talented group.
Play-action should be a prominent feature for the Panthers in 2020 as they look to open up the offense and keep McCaffrey healthy for the duration of his new four-year, $64 million deal.
Opposing defenses might decide to put the game in Bridgewater’s hands in preference to the proven production the running back produces. And that is another thing that could very much work in his favor.
Whether he is up to this sort of challenge having not played a full season for so long is another matter. But McCaffrey’s presence is going to give every chance for Bridgewater to become a success.
