Top 5 Carolina Panthers that nobody talks about

Carolina Panthers Player No. 4: Jordan Kunaszyk – LB
The Carolina Panthers were dealt a significant blow when Luke Kuechly announced his retirement this offseason. This has left a gaping hole in the linebacker room. And although Tahir Whitehead is more than capable of filling the void left in the short-term. More responsibility will also be put on those occupying the outside spots.
Jordan Kunaszyk was an undrafted pickup by the organization in 2019. His talent and commitment immediately won over Carolina’s coaching staff. And there could be more to come now the former California star has a year of experience under his belt.
There is still much work to do for Kunaszyk if he wants to become an NFL starter. The player needs to impress a brand-new coaching staff during training camp. And this will be restricted to team drills thanks to the presence of no preseason games before their Week 1 opener against the Las Vegas Raiders.
His limited time on the field in 2019 saw Kunaszyk earn a respectable 69.4 grade from Pro Football Focus. This can give the player a great source of encouragement as he looks to possibly become the long-term replacement for Kuechly in the coming years.
Not many people outside of the organization are talking about Kunaszyk. But he is quietly fancied to make a nice contribution in 2020.
