SirVincent Rogers – OT

Another that has some potential but comes with health concerns is SirVincent Rogers. The offensive lineman suffered two serious injuries during his time with Houston at the college level. And this is something that has clearly hampered his chances of an NFL career.

Rogers did spend time with the Miami Dolphins without ever making much of an impact. The tackle also spent considerable time in the Arena League as he looked to make his way before ending up in the CFL.

He has enjoyed plenty of success in Toronto and Ottawa. But the injury curse struck him again at training camp last year that cost him the 2019 season.

The Carolina Panthers have questions of their own surrounding injury-prone left tackle Russell Okung. So the last thing they need is another lineman that they cannot depend on consistently.

Rogers is an imposing figure on the line of scrimmage who has solid strength and nimble enough feet and a man his size. But it might be a case of too little, too late regarding his aspirations in the NFL.

This is a position where the Panthers might need additional depth if things do not go according to plan with Okung. And bringing in someone like Rogers would not be the worst idea in the world.

He is experienced, talented, and comes with a strong mentality. But there is just no telling what this latest injury has done for him career-wise.
