13. Giovanni Ricci – TE

The Panthers have decided to take a closer look at Giovanni Ricci, who survived the early cuts and is a solid if not spectacular pass-catching presence at the tight end position.

Whether this will be enough for the rookie to get past the final set of sacrifices is another matter entirely. But the last few weeks will have been a substantial confidence boost for him, either way.

12. Mike Horton – OL

Mike Horton is someone who has caught the eye on occasions during camp so far. There are some discipline issues overall from the offensive line that needs to be addressed before their Week 1 opener against the Las Vegas Raiders. But the undrafted player has more than held his own against some formidable pass-rushers.

This is something that will stand the interior lineman in good stead. But he will need to keep up or even increase his level of consistency to bolster his chances.

11. Myles Adams – DL

Myles Adams might have little hope of making the starting rotation on the Carolina Panthers in 2020. But that does not detract from what a pleasant surprise the player has been during camp so far.

He appears to be highly motivated and is playing every snap as if it is his last. Adams has plenty more work to do, but this experience has proven that he does belong at the NFL level in some capacity.
