What are some of the keys to a successful season for the Carolina Panthers in 2020?

The Carolina Panthers are getting ready to make their final roster moves later today. This will be the culmination of a training camp that was high in intensity and full of quality individual performances.

It is a trip into the unknown for the Carolina Panthers in 2020. They will be working with a roster that has a completely different look to it than the one which ended a disappointing campaign last time out. Couple this with a coaching staff that is devoid of any real experience in the NFL and it is not easy to figure out why expectations are so low.

That should not detract from the fact that there are some players on the Panthers who can make a real difference. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out who these individuals are and they will need to be at the top of their game from the outset if the team wants to stand any chance of turning the tables on those who have already written off their chances.

This is a free hit for the Panthers next season. New head coach Matt Rhule does not achieve much success during year one of a substantial rebuild if his record in college is any indication. But the organization will still show it is heading in the right direction following Cam Newton’s departure and their ambitious plans owner David Tepper has away from the field.

Let’s take a look at some of the keys to a successful season for the Panthers in 2020.
