Which Los Angeles Chargers players could become sneaky threats that the Carolina Panthers need to watch out for at SoFi Stadium in Week 3?

We are just a few short hours away from the Carolina Panthers taking the field at SoFi Stadium for a crucial clash at the Los Angeles Chargers.

This is going to be another stern test of the Carolina Panthers’ credentials in what looks to be a must-win game when one considers the upcoming tests facing this young roster over the next few weeks. New head coach Matt Rhule needs everything to go his way and avoid the errors that have cost his team dearly over the first fortnight of the season.

The last thing teams like the Panthers need is to shoot themselves in the foot. But sadly for the organization, this has been more than evident so far.

Their start to the second half against the Las Vegas Raiders was a key component in their eventual demise. Carolina then followed this up with a less than enthusiastic start to their Week 2 game at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that they couldn’t recover from despite an improved showing after the break.

If things continue in this fashion at the Chargers, then it is going to be a long afternoon.

Anthony Lynn’s men possess some well-known players such as Keenan Allen, Joey Bosa, and Austin Ekeler, who can all make their presence felt. Los Angeles also has a rookie quarterback in Justin Herbert that possesses a dual-threat that the Panthers should overlook at their peril.

They also have the benefit of some lesser-known roster members who can be highly productive when given the opportunity. Let’s take a look at four sneaky threats that Carolina should monitor closely.
