DeAndre Hopkins – WR

DeAndre Hopkins is a force of nature that needs serious attention whenever he is on the field. The wide receiver is arguably the NFL’s best and the start he has made to his time with the Arizona Cardinals has been nothing short of outstanding.

It seems hard to believe that Hopkins was traded for no more than running back David Johnson, a second-round pick and a fourth-round selection, and the Cardinals even got a fourth-rounder in return. His relationship with Bill O’Brien had passed the point of no return, but this was an absolute steal whichever way one looks at it.

Hopkins has already developed exceptional chemistry with quarterback Kyler Murray. He has been targeted heavily over the first three weeks and there could be even more to come once the wideout fully adjusts to the new scheme.

There isn’t much any NFL team can do to stop Hopkins. The Carolina Panthers need Donte Jackson at the top of his game, but it is essential that he gets help from the backend early and often given the size of the task awaiting him.

The receiver has gone over 1,000-yards in five of his eight seasons. Hopkins is a three-time All-Pro and has already accumulated 356 yards and one touchdown this season, collecting 32 of 37 catchable balls thrown his way.
