Which members of the Carolina Panthers showed out during their resolute win at the Atlanta Falcons in Week 5?

It’s proving to be an incredible season for the Carolina Panthers. Their 23-16 victory at the Atlanta Falcons was the first time the team had won on the road against the NFC South rival since 2014 and it spelled the end for head coach Dan Quinn and general manager Thomas Dimitroff, who were both removed from their respective posts following a dismal 0-5 start to the campaign.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that something special is happening in Carolina. New head coach Matt Rhule has installed a belief in his young roster that hardly seemed possible with so much disruption during the offseason. And the best thing about all this is that they are only going to get better with every passing game.

There are some significant challenges awaiting the Panthers in the coming weeks. But the team can go into them with plenty of confidence after reeling off three straight victories to get themselves to a winning record.

Again, this just didn’t seem fathomable at any stage of the preparation period. And especially as Carolina began the season at 0-2 that extended their winless run to ten games dating back to last season.

Plenty of Panthers players can look back on their performance in Atlanta with an enormous sense of pride. Here are five individuals who showed out to play a leading role in their success.
