Limit Khalil Mack

Stopping Khalil Mack is easier said than done. The edge rusher is one of the most feared defensive players in the game and seems back to his best after a 2019 campaign that brought plenty of frustrations from the player’s perspective.

Mack is an absolute monster who is capable of wreaking havoc against even the most talented of protectors. And one only has to look at the way he was throwing offensive linemen around against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to see what sort of damage the dominant figure can do.

In truth, there is not much any team, including the Carolina Panthers, can do to prevent Mack from having some sort of say. He is just that talented.

However, if the Panthers can come up with a plan to limit Mack’s influence and keep him out of the backfield, then it will boost their chances of getting a fourth win of the season considerably.

The three-time All-Pro already has four sacks, seven quarterback hits, and four tackles for loss this season. Mack’s outstanding play is further reflected by his 91.8 grade from Pro Football Focus and the likes of Russell Okung and Taylor Moton need to be firing on all cylinders from the word go, something we have seen from the duo.
