Khalil Mack – EDGE

Khalil Mack it’s the best in the business at what he does, there is no disputing that at this point. The edge rusher is a force to be reckoned with on almost every down and he has a rare ability to impact a game almost as much as a quarterback.

There is just no telling the sort of damage Mack can do if there is not a specific gameplan in place to try and counteract the immense threat he brings to the table. In truth, there is little any NFL team can do from preventing the All-Pro from making a big play. But restricting him is a vital component to beating the Bears.

This is going to be the acid test for right tackle Taylor Moton, who could propel himself to superstardom with a strong showing against Mack. The Carolina Panthers will be counting on the former second-round pick to continue his exceptional start to the season and another standout showing will be another strong bargaining tool for the player as he prepares to head to the contract table at the end of the campaign.

Joey Bosa and Chandler Jones wanted no part of Moton when they came up against the Panthers this season. This might see Mack drift over to the other side on occasions, so there is also some significant responsibility on the shoulders of veteran Russell Okung if this formidable adversary opts to move across the line of scrimmage.
