What are some potential landing spots for Joe Brady if the Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator gets a head coaching job in 2021?

There seems to be plenty of momentum building regarding Joe Brady possibly becoming an NFL head coach sooner rather than later. The Carolina Panthers made a shrewd move to appoint him as their offensive coordinator this offseason and it has brought around an immediate turnaround in fortunes.

Brady came into the NFL with a big reputation. He was the mastermind behind LSU’s historic passing attack in 2019 that eventually resulted in a convincing National Championship triumph, which also turned quarterback Joe Burrow from a mid-round afterthought to a Heisman Trophy winner and the consensus No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

This is something that Brady has brought with him to Carolina. There were some difficulties early on, which was to be expected with no preseason games on the schedule. But the coordinator has now firmly established himself as one of the league’s most progressive young offensive minds.

With this sort of notoriety is bound to come with unwanted attention from the Panthers’ perspective. Carolina will not want to lose Brady after just one year calling plays. But if the right fit comes along then there is little the organization will be able to do in terms of trying to keep the ambitious coach.

Let’s take a look at four potential destinations for Brady if his excellent reputation grows further in the coming months.
