What are some of the keys to victory for the Carolina Panthers as they go in search of victory at the New Orleans Saints in Week 7?

The Carolina Panthers are looking to put together the sort of performance that can secure a major upset at the New Orleans Saints in Week 7. This is another crucial NFC South divisional matchup that could shape how things go for the remainder of the campaign and Matt Rhule’s young roster need to be at the top of their game against a team with legitimate Super Bowl claims.

This is another stern challenge for the Carolina Panthers, but being the underdog has served them well through six weeks of the season. Rhule has been highly complimentary of Saints head coach Sean Payton during his time in the NFL and it is clear the former Baylor man is trying to emulate the sort of ethos implemented in New Orleans.

It would be another feather in Carolina’s cap if they could get their fourth victory of the season at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. The Saints are missing their primary receiving tandem of All-Pro Michael Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders, which will give the Panthers a huge confidence boost before they step onto the gridiron.

There is no substitute for experience, which quarterback Drew Brees has in abundance. This could be his last hurrah in terms of claiming a ring before he rides off into the sunset, but there does appear to be some kinks in the Saints’ armor that Carolina could take advantage of.

Here are four keys to victory for the Panthers if they want to gain an eye-catching success in New Orleans on Sunday.
