The Carolina Panthers can be largely encouraged by their level of performance at the New Orleans Saints. Pushing such a talented roster right down to the wire is no mean feat. But how they bounce-back following their second straight loss is going to tell us plenty about what sort of character head coach Matt Rhule has within the locker room.
Things are steadily progressing for the Carolina Panthers despite the obvious need for quality reinforcements in positions that are causing some concern. Whether the decision-makers opt to sort this at the trade deadline or wait until next spring is unclear at this juncture. But given how well the team is doing in the face of some stern competition, they might choose to strengthen their chances right now.
That will be something to keep a close eye on in the coming weeks.
