The scariest players in Carolina Panthers history.

Halloween is always one of the more exciting times of the year for children across the country. Things might look a little different this time around thanks to COVID-19 health concerns, but there should still be plenty for trick or treaters to enjoy.

The occasion got us thinking about the scariest players who have ever turned out for the Carolina Panthers. There are many who could fall into this category, which made it hard to narrow down from those who have taken to the gridiron over the team’s 26-year history.

But how does one define a scary player?

It could be their physical attributes, their overall appearance, the way they scared opposing teams with their level of production, or even those who came up against a particular individual and had no answer for a particular individual from a scheme perspective.

All these components might form a scary player. The Panthers have been extremely fortunate to boast some exceptional talent over the years, even if it hasn’t quite gotten them to an elusive first Super Bowl win.

This current group in Carolina might be some way off that just yet. But they do appear to be on the right path under new head coach Matt Rhule after a substantial amount of changes this offseason.

Let’s find out who was chosen as the five scariest Panthers players in history.
