Taylor Moton‘s level of production for the Carolina Panthers this season has been exemplary. He’s been ultra-consistent besides one disappointing display against the Chicago Bears and there is simply no disputing the right tackle is now one of the best in the business.

The former second-round pick is set for a bumper payday next spring and the Panthers should be looking to give Moton whatever financial security he desires. This is a challenge that Moton is sure to relish. He has dealt with some of the NFL’s most feared pass-rushers with ease during the campaign and adding Suh to his list of victims will only strengthen his position when the player and his agent head to the negotiating table after the season.
