Antonio Brown – WR

It might seem strange for a three-time All-Pro to be considered a sneaky threat. However, if the Carolina Panthers don’t take Antonio Brown seriously in his second game back following an eight-game suspension, it will be their undoing.

The controversial wide receiver clearly has a strong relationship with quarterback Tom Brady, which was developed during their brief time together in New England. There isn’t a doubt he was instrumental in bringing the former Steeler to Raymond James Stadium and his presence on the roster gives them arguably the NFL’s most devastating trio alongside Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.

There will be some eagerly awaiting this situation to implode. Brady only has one ball to go around and it won’t take long for the murmurings of discontent to emerge from a player if they’re not getting the sort of targets they want.

Brown is one of the NFL’s greatest ever receivers, even though his actions in recent years make him a hard man to root for. This is his last chance – of that there is little doubt – which should be all the motivation he needs to make a real go of things in Tampa Bay.

He’s had only one game to adjust, but the Panthers need to make sure his influence is limited to stand any chance in this one.
