Fantasy football predictions for Carolina Panthers players in Week 12.

The Carolina Panthers travel to Minnesota after what was easily their best game of the 2020 season. The Detroit Lions aren’t a good football team, but going into Week 11, the Panthers’ record was worse. The lion’s share of the credit (no pun intended) has to go to Matt Rhule for getting the absolute best out of his football team after getting demolished by the Buccaneers the week prior.

Rhule will have to try to get the best out of his team again this week in Minnesota. The Vikings are still alive in the NFC playoff picture and are 3-1 since starting 1-5 before their bye week. Carolina’s defense will have their work cut out for them against some stellar talent on offense. Rookie wide receiver Justin Jefferson has been stellar, he’s got 45 catches for 848 yards and four touchdowns.

The 2020 draft class was loaded with talented wideouts and Jefferson (the fifth drafted) has outperformed all of them. This is even more impressive considering the Vikings have a Pro Bowler on the other side in Adam Thielen. As if those two weren’t enough, Offensive Player of the Year candidate Dalvin Cook will be a handful.

The test will be tough, but there is a reason for optimism. The Panthers are not giving up on their season and quarterback Teddy Bridgewater should be eager to get a win at U.S. Bank Stadium against the team that drafted him. Here’s a look at how Carolina’s playmakers will perform in fantasy this week against the Vikings.
