No. 6: Robby Anderson – Carolina Panthers WR

The start Robby Anderson made to his time with the Carolina Panthers was nothing short of sensational. Linking up with former college head coach Matt Rhule once again has clearly benefitted the wide receiver immensely and will inevitably result in the first 1,000-yard season of his career.

Anderson has been able to make a difference all over the field, which is something few expected from a player who was seen as more of a deep route runner during his period with the New York Jets. His two-year, $20 million deal already looks like money well spent and there might be even more to come from the speedy wideout with a less disrupted offseason under his belt in 2021.

No. 5: Jeremy Chinn – Carolina Panthers OLB

Nobody in their wildest dreams could have predicted the level of productivity Jeremy Chinn has given the Panthers during his rookie campaign. His athleticism and explosiveness was there for all to see coming out of college and considering he has had to adjust to playing a new position, the player’s transition to the next level was flawless.

Carolina has a start in the making with Chinn, who is the unquestioned frontrunner for Defensive Rookie of the Year. His historic two-touchdown outing at the Vikings was just an exclamation point on what he’s brought to the organization and he now has a potential All-Pro ceiling with more development.

No. 4: D.J. Moore – Carolina Panthers WR

D.J. Moore might have had chemistry issues with quarterback Teddy Bridgewater during the season, but he looks on course to break his career-high receiving yard numbers achieved in 2019 providing the first-round pick can recover quickly from an ankle injury suffered in Minnesota.

There is nothing Moore cannot do from a pass-catching perspective. His route-running has improved a significant amount this season and having Anderson on the opposite side of the field has also helped considerably.
