There could be some confidence issues with Denver quarterback Drew Lock coming into this one. The second-year signal-caller has been inconsistent at best in 2020 and the jury is still out as to whether he can be their long-term option at this position.

Getting consistent pressure on Lock will be pivotal and could lead to some mistakes from the former Missouri standout. Stud defensive end Brian Burns will lead the charge as he looks to build on a sensational campaign that is sure to end up with the first Pro Bowl selection of his young career.

Burns is an absolute phenom and has star written all over him. His explosiveness is a sight to behold and providing others around him contribute a little more, then it could be a productive day for the 2019 first-round pick.

Denver does have two consistent offensive tackles occupying the edge in Garrett Bolles and Demar Dotson occupying the edge, with the former getting a big-money deal recently as a result of his outstanding production. Burns needs to be at the top of his game to get into the backfield consistently and there is nothing to suggest he is not more than capable judging by what we’ve seen this season.

It would be another big statement from Burns if he could make a real difference coming off the bye and if he can make his presence felt from the outset, it is going to put his team in a good spot.
