Veteran safety Tre Boston is listed as questionable for the game. But it’s not as if the Carolina Panthers can depend on him to produce the good judging by what we’ve seen this season.

This will put even more onus on Juston Burris to raise his level of production at the Packers. The free-agent signing has done well overall during his first season in Carolina and there should be more to come from the player next time around providing there is less disruption over the preparation period in 2021.

Burris might needs all his wits about him at Lambeau Field. The Packers’ passing attack has come on leaps and bounds in year two of Matt LaFleur’s tenure and quarterback Aaron Rodgers seems to be making the most out of the weapons at his disposal.

The former fourth-round pick needs to be alert on the backend and provide the cornerback unit with some security when they’re beaten down the field. Burris will also be tasked with contributing at the second level to counteract the threat posed by running back Aaron Jones, so he’ll have plenty on his plate in Week 15.

If the Panthers want to stand any chance of shocking the world on Saturday, they will need Burris firing on all cylinders against a Green Bay team that leads the league in points-per-game with 31.5.
