Bold predictions for the Carolina Panthers at the Packers in Week 15.

The Carolina Panthers are about to play in the toughest road game they’ve had in years. The NFL schedule makers’ decision to create a mid-December night time game in Green Bay, Wisconsin was already baffling. Making things worse, the contest is on a Saturday and while the Packers sit atop the NFC, Matt Rhule’s men are in the running for a top-five pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Regardless of the challenges, you have to play the teams on your schedule and Carolina surpassing expectations will only further validate early indications that Rhule has this team headed in the right direction. Before we get two the three big and bold predictions for the game, I want to stay on theme and address the bold claim Aaron Rodgers made in a recent interview.

As a guest on former NFL punter Pat McAfee’s podcast, Rodgers was basically asked if he gets annoyed by the link between the “GOAT” conversation and Super Bowl wins. The future Hall of Famer said that there are different categories for “GOAT” but added.

"“I’m probably in that conversation.”"

Rodgers is definitely a future first-ballot Pro Football Hall of Fame player and one of the best quarterback talents to ever grace the field.

However, he is not in the GOAT conversation.

He may not even be the best quarterback to have played for the Packers.

At the end of the day, winning at the highest level has to matter (ask Dan Marino), and only one championship game appearance isn’t enough to be considered the greatest of all-time in any sport.

Here are three bold predictions for Sunday’s game at home against the Packers.
