Carolina Panthers 2021 NFL Draft: 7 round non-QB mock draft

Creed Humphrey – OL (Oklahoma)
Another area where the Carolina Panthers might be making over completely is their offensive line interior. One could make a case for the organization to move on from the starting trio of John Miller, Chris Reed, and Matt Paradis this offseason, which makes this an essential need.
It is hard not to love the way Creed Humphrey goes about his business. Although he occupies the center spot for Oklahoma, his frame indicates that the player could occupy one of the guard positions with minimal fuss.
Humphrey is a plug-and-play starter who is extremely physical at the point of attack. If the Panthers want to give Teddy Bridgewater another shot in 2021, they have to get better protection around him to ensure he at least has a chance to succeed.
Brevin Jordan – TE (Miami)
Greg Olsen has been a big miss for the Panthers this season. The prolific veteran ended his long association with Carolina in free agency and Ian Thomas has failed to reach the sort of standard required to convince the coaching staff he is a viable long-term option.
Someone like Brevin Jordan would be an instant upgrade. The Miami sensation is a matchup nightmare for opponents thanks to his size and athleticism, which has resulted in 97 receptions, 1,262 receiving yards, and 11 touchdowns from 25 games over a three-year period.
Jordan’s blocking needs some work at the next level. But his pass-catching prowess and ability in the red-zone make him an intriguing proposition.
