Demetric Felton – RB/WR (UCLA)

Demetric Felton is one of the most versatile players in this year’s draft, something the Carolina Panthers love. He lined up everywhere in Chip Kelly’s UCLA offense whether it be out wide, in the slot, or in the backfield.

Felton was also a standout returner for the Bruins over his college career ranking No. 6 in all of college football with 165.8 all-purpose yards per game during his final season in Westwood.

He is another who might be a little undersized 5-foot-9 and 189 pounds, which might take some time to get acclimatized to the physicality of the NFL. But returning kicks and punts could be Felton’s key to succeed at the next level.

The prospect is a RAC monster and can easily make people miss with his agility and smooth cuts. He impressed at the Senior Bowl this year with route running and hands that were not expected of a former running back.

Felton could succeed as a gadget player in Joe Brady’s offense and would contribute immediately as the Panthers’ primary returner. Like Amari Rodgers, he is projected as a Day 3 pick in this year’s draft and would be a great pick for Carolina.
