4 trade offers if the Carolina Panthers go back for Deshaun Watson

Carolina Panthers trade offer No. 3
During the first go-around of Deshaun Watson trade talks, it was widely reported that the Houston Texans were looking for multiple first-round picks and a couple of talented young defenders thrown in for good measure.
This was something the Carolina Panthers might have offered already at some stage, but whether the demands will be the same when negotiations inevitably begin remains to be seen.
Watson remains steadfast in his determination to leave Houston and proclaims his innocence regarding some pretty serious allegations of sexual misconduct. Whether that dwindles the number of potentially interested teams is unclear at this juncture, but Carolina might have no option if Sam Darnold doesn’t reach the required targets.
Somewhere in the region of two first-round selections over the next couple of years and Yetur Gross-Matos could be something that tempts the Texans considering everything that’s transpired in recent months.
The 2020 second-round pick showed glimpses of promise during his rookie campaign, but the addition of Haason Reddick in free agency might see Gross-Matos occupying a key rotational role next season rather than a starting spot.
Positional importance dictates that this is a sacrifice Carolina should make if the opportunity arises and Watson proves his innocence.
