Tommy Tremble – Carolina Panthers TE

Getting better options at the tight end position was something the Carolina Panthers simply had to do this offseason. Credit to the front office for also recognizing this, picking up two players who could completely transform this area of the field in 2021.

Both Dan Arnold and Tommy Tremble are generating some buzz ahead of training camp. But the third-round pick’s highlights mean he’ll be someone to keep an extremely close eye on in the coming weeks as he carves out a role for himself.

It’s hard not to love the way Tremble goes about his business on the field. His pure passion for the game comes across on almost every down and the Notre Dame product’s ability from a blocking standpoint already looks NFL-ready.

Less is known about Tremble’s potential when it comes to pass-catching. The Fighting Irish chose not to utilize him that much in this area, focusing on the damage he could do plowing the road for running backs and wide receivers alike.

If Tremble can refine his ball skills while playing to his strengths early on, it would be a big help. The Panthers are expecting the rookie to stamp his mark on the organization sooner rather than later and they might just have the total package on their hands with further development.

One thing is for sure, it won’t take long for Tremble’s style of play to become an instant hit with the team’s fanbase.
