Jeremy Chinn – Carolina Panthers S/LB

The real question is how can Carolina Panthers fans NOT be excited to watch Jeremy Chinn?

The Southern Illinois product blew away all expectations as a rookie last year and finished second in NFL’s Defensive Rookie of the Year voting to Chase Young of the Washington Football Team.

Drafted in the fourth round in 2020, Chinn has already proven to be the steal of the draft last season and the sky is the limit for his potential right now.

As a rookie, Chinn started all 15 games and compiled 117 total tackles, five quarterback hits, two forced fumbles, an interception, and scored two touchdowns in consecutive defensive plays at the Minnesota Vikings – an NFL first.

Chinn’s play was remarkable and he has already set himself up as one of the faces of the Panthers defense for years to come.

With training camp being unavailable for fans to watch last year, this summer will be an opportunity for those who didn’t get to go to a game towards the end of the season to watch the do-it-all defender in the flesh for the first time.

Hopefully, Chinn doesn’t have a sophomore slump and he will be electrifying to watch once again.
