Is this Robby Anderson’s final season with the Carolina Panthers?

There doesn’t appear any disputing Robby Anderson‘s importance to the Carolina Panthers in 2021. All the trade speculation and an absence from OTAs is now firmly at the back of everybody’s minds as the wide receiver looks to build on a promising first season with the organization next time around.

The Panthers got much more than they bargained for with Anderson. Although nobody knew more about what the player was capable of than his former college coach Matt Rhule.

Anderson was tagged as being a deep threat and not much else on the New York Jets. But it didn’t take long for the wideout to prove beyond all doubt he has the capabilities to impact proceedings all over the field on his way to the first 1,000-yard campaign of his career.

Focusing on football and training camp is the main priority for Anderson and the Panthers right now.

However, there will be lingering doubts as to whether or not this will be the player’s last season in Carolina.

Anderson is in the final year of his deal and another season of outstanding production would leave Carolina with a big decision to make. Much will depend on what sort of money he’s after and for how long, but the Panthers also need to extend some other important roster members that might arguably take priority.
