Growing confidence in Carolina Panthers offense

It’s been hard not to see the growth in confidence where the Carolina Panthers offense is concerned over the last week. Things seem to be finally clicking into place for a group that underwent some drastic changes earlier this offseason, which saw Sam Darnold come in as the quarterback to lead them moving forward.

It was always going to take a bit of time. And in truth, we won’t know for sure until the Panthers get down to business on the field.

But according to free-agent signing David Moore, there could be big things to come in the team’s future if strides continue to be made in the lead-up to their regular-season opener.

Moore himself has settled in well. There was a real scare on Monday when he was carted off from practice – which thankfully came to nothing – so expect the recent arrival from the Seattle Seahawks to be a prominent member of Carolina’s dynamic passing game next season.

Crunch time is fast approaching for this group. How they cope with some additional challenges in the not-too-distant future will make all the difference.
