D.J. Moore – Carolina Panthers WR

D.J. Moore finds a way to catch a long ball against the New Orleans Saints almost every time he lines up against the NFC South rivals. The wide receiver is a huge problem for their secondary, who’ll be missing one of their top stars for the contest.

Moore is coming off a good game against the New York Jets and can build on that in Week 2. His usual matchup against cornerback Marshon Lattimore won’t happen as the cornerback is dealing with a thumb injury and is considered week to week.

Lattimore being out could lead to Moore and the Carolina Panthers being highly successful against the Saints secondary.

Moore can be utilized in a jet sweep or some trickeration to confuse the defense. The former first-round pick’s physicality is always his biggest attribute, the way he can bounce off tackles for a huge gain.

His ability to catch in traffic is another underrated factor in his game. Moore can do many things for this Panthers offense; he will be a vital piece to a potential win in Week 2.

Moore will be more than prepared to face a great Saints defense. He will need to contribute for the offense to produce at a high level, especially if the offensive line doesn’t hold up in the face of extreme pressure.
