Terrace Marshall Jr. – Carolina Panthers WR

This might be one out of the left-field to some. But the Carolina Panthers trading for C.J. Henderson could benefit Terrace Marshall Jr. an untold amount.

The wide receiver has certainly looked the part since joining the organization and produced a fine display at the Houston Texans when the ball came his way. Now that Dan Arnold won’t be taking away targets across the middle and in the red zone, the LSU product could be in line for additional work in the coming weeks.

Marshall has the size and physicality to make a difference on short-to-intermediate routes.

Sam Darnold seems to be getting more comfortable with the rookie the more they play together, which has come with 10 receptions from 14 targets for 91 receiving yards through Week 3.

The second-round selection has superstar written all over him.

The Panthers have taken things easy with Marshall so far. But now that Arnold is no longer around, it would be a huge surprise if he wasn’t more involved in the game plan.

Much will depend on how well Marshall responds to some extra responsibility coming his way. However, his production to date has been nothing but encouraging and there could be even more to come sooner rather than later.
