Dennis Daley – Carolina Panthers OG

It’s now or never for Dennis Daley. The offensive lineman has gone through some real complications during his time on the field this season and if he cannot make the most of another starting chance, it will force the Carolina Panthers into other options.

Daley has all the size, athleticism, and physicality to be a dominant force. But for some reason, the former South Carolina star is having trouble putting it all together when it matters.

The 2019 sixth-round pick has given up one sack and conceded one penalty from 184 snaps on his way to a 60.0 grade from Pro Football Focus. Daley will get all he can handle against a formidable front seven of the Dallas Cowboys, so the Panthers can ill-afford him becoming a weak link.

The calls to install Brady Christensen at one of the guard positions are growing louder with every passing week. Especially since the Panthers don’t seem willing to thrust Michael Jordan or Deonte Brown into the lineup at any stage.

The stakes are higher for Daley than most in Week 4. All the doubts won’t have gone unnoticed by the player, who needs a monumental effort to start convincing people he’s worthy of keeping the young guns at bay.
