The Carolina Panthers will already have to deal with the loss of rookie cornerback Jaycee Horn and going up against an explosive wide receiver like CeeDee Lamb could make their day even more difficult if they can’t keep him quiet.

Even though the Dallas Cowboys also have Amari Cooper and possibly Michael Gallup returning from injury at wide receiver, Lamb is by far the biggest offensive threat in the passing game for Dak Prescott.

The Oklahoma product has 251 receiving yards on 18 receptions through three games and is averaging a little over 85 yards per game.

The Panthers just traded for C.J. Henderson to help fill the void of Horn and they’ll also be activating A.J. Bouye, so the secondary will have a bit of a different look.

A great way for Carolina’s new-look cornerbacks would be slowing down Lamb. If the wideout can be eliminated from the offense, the game against Dallas gets that much easier as the Panthers go in search of securing a 4-0 record.
