Carolina Panthers fantasy football outlook for Week 4 at the Cowboys

Sam Darnold – Carolina Panthers QB

As expected, Sam Darnold put up some nice numbers at the Houston Texans. He ranked 12th among quarterbacks by throwing for more than 300 yards for the second week in a row and got two rushing touchdowns en route to 25.26 fantasy points.

Going into Week 4, all eyes will be on Darnold to prove he can be the true engine of an offense that relied so heavily on Christian McCaffrey.

The former first-round pick has relied heavily on the All-Pro running back so far. But he’ll have to find a way to produce the goods for the next few weeks with McCaffrey absent for around three weeks.

The Dallas Cowboys have allowed an average of 21 points to quarterbacks in fantasy this season. However, they lead the NFL in takeaways and while Darnold only has one interception so far, he leads the league in fumbles.
