Who were the big winners and losers from the Carolina Panthers’ Week 6 loss to the Minnesota Vikings?

There was a slight glimmer of hope when the Carolina Panthers came back with under two minutes remaining to force overtime against the Minnesota Vikings. But in the end, Mike Zimmer’s men got lucky with the coin toss and won the game with a Kirk Cousins to K.J. Osborn touchdown, giving Matt Rhule and his players their third-straight loss after an unexpected 3-0 start to the season.

Besides that 96-yard drive put together by quarterback Sam Darnold to tie the game, it was a very, very sloppy, and frankly bad game by the Panthers.

This team is trending downwards after their hot start and there are more questions than answers about the current roster and coaching staff.

After a poor first half that saw Carolina put up just over 100 yards of offense and Darnold completing seven passes, the Panthers’ offense failed to score a single point in the third quarter, only scoring on a special teams touchdown.

For once, the offensive line actually held up and wasn’t completely awful, meaning they won’t be on this loser’s list this week. But they still were far from good enough to be a winner.
