Haason Reddick – Carolina Panthers OLB

It was hard to find any winners in this one but once again, Haason Reddick continues to show why he might be the most underrated signing in the NFL this offseason.

Reddick put up big numbers again on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings, compiling eight tackles, with three for a loss, and a fumble recovery that was forced by A.J. Bouye on running back Dalvin Cook.

The former first-round pick recovered it and the Carolina Panthers would go on to score a touchdown.

On a day where the Panthers failed to get a sack, Reddick did his best while a lot of the defense struggled. While he cannot be found wanting for effort, the defense was simply on the field for too many snaps as the offense struggled and it showed down the stretch when they tired.

Reddick spoke after the game and said the season is far from over. But a lot of changes need to be made in order to get this ship back on the right track.

At least Reddick is doing his chances of securing a big-money deal next spring a tremendous amount of good. The free-agent signing from the Arizona Cardinals has exceeded expectations so far and the Panthers would be wise to keep him around.
