James Bradberry – CB

It’s a revenge game for cornerback James Bradberry, who spent the first four years of his career with the Carolina Panthers before signing with the New York Giants during 2020 free agency.

In his first year as a Giant, Bradberry had a breakout season and was named a Pro Bowler. He ranked fourth in the NFL in passer rating and had three interceptions.

This season started rough for Bradberry as he gave up some big plays and has allowed four touchdowns. However, he had a decent game against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 6 and still has two interceptions and seven pass deflections this season.

Bradberry will certainly want to have a good game against his old team and Carolina’s receiving corps won’t be able to afford to drop catches against him.

It would be a big shock if Bradberry didn’t line up against D.J. Moore on almost every snap. The former first-round pick has been in tremendous form so far in 2021 and going up against someone he encountered plenty of during practice is a mouth-watering proposition.

Who comes out on top will go a long way to determining which way this contest is going to go. And make no mistake, quarterback Sam Darnold needs Moore to find ways to get open against a top player.
