Which Carolina Panthers players should you start or sit in fantasy football during their Week 7 game against the New York Giants?

The optimism of the Carolina Panthers season seems to have dissipated following the third straight loss and second straight defeat at home. Unfortunately for fantasy owners, the biggest issue, especially in the last two weeks, has been the offense. There is plenty of blame to go around for underachieving starters like Sam Darnold, Robby Anderson, and most of the offensive line.

There’s a possibility the group turns things around this week, but the long-term potential of this team will hinge on the coaching staff putting this limited offense in the best position to be successful while Christian McCaffrey is out. But it’s frustrating it’s taken this long for Matt Rhule and his staff to figure that out.

However, it seems the penny’s finally dropped judging by Rhule’s comments in his Monday presser following their reverse at home to the Minnesota Vikings.

"“We have not been committed enough to running it. You will see a vastly different look from us moving forward.”"

The Panthers just played two teams that are bottom-10 in the NFL when it comes to defending the run, what did the coaching staff miss in the scouting report or on film that made Rhule wait until now to commit to the run game?

Better late than never I suppose, but the Panthers should surely hope that they can turn their lackluster season around this Sunday at Met Life Stadium against the New York Giants.

Now, here are the players you should start and sit in fantasy football this weekend.
