What were the main talking points from one of the Carolina Panthers’ most embarrassing losses in recent history as they dropped a fourth straight game?

The last 10 quarters of Carolina Panthers football since halftime against the Dallas Cowboys have been bad. The four quarters we saw on Sunday were some of the worst potentially in franchise history.

The Panthers were tepid across the board folding against one of the worst teams in the league who were ravaged by injuries, being blown out by the New York Giants 25-3.

This was a Giants team missing star running back Saquon Barkley, two starting wide receivers and stud left tackle Andrew Thomas. With all due respect to New York, they had a preseason offense out there and Joe Judge’s men walked all over a pathetic Panthers team, who once again had to rely on defense to keep it close.

This latest defeat leaves a number of Panthers coaches and players under pressure, with owner David Tepper not content with the mediocre football he’s seen since buying the franchise.

It’s going to be another eventful week judging by the rumors circulating. If things don’t improve at the Atlanta Falcons and beyond, it’s going to get very messy in Carolina.

Without further ado, let’s get into the five big talking points from a rancid afternoon in New Jersey.
