Here are some bold predictions for the Carolina Panthers as they look to extend their positive recent momentum against the Washington Football Team.

The Carolina Panthers are on could nine right now despite coming into their Week 11 game against the Washington Football Team with a 5-5 record. This is down in no small part to the return of Cam Newton, who has injected life into the organization at a crucial time of the campaign in pursuit of securing a playoff spot when it’s all said and done.

Newton is on a mission to reclaim Bank of America Stadium and make it a difficult place for the opposition to play once again. He is expected to start against his former head coach Ron Rivera, who’ll already have plenty in mind to limit the Auburn product’s threat.

There is excitement and anticipation regarding this game that hasn’t been seen for some time. Perhaps not since Newton was released by the Panthers in messy circumstances.

With this in mind, here are five bold predictions for the Panthers against Washington in Week 11.

Carolina Panthers OL doesn’t give up a sack

It’s been pretty encouraging where the Panthers’ offensive line is concerned over recent weeks. Further proof that quarterback Sam Darnold just didn’t have the tools needed to become a success.

Things should get easier for the protection with Cam Newton under center. He processes things quickly and recognizes pressure far more efficiently than Darnold, getting out on the move to make things happen when opposing rushers get through.

Momentum and continuity are things Carolina finally has for the first time this season. We’re expecting another solid afternoon for the group.
