Cam Newton scores 4 combined TDs for the Carolina Panthers

All eyes will be on Cam Newton when he takes the field at Bank of America Stadium as a member of the Carolina Panthers once again. The quarterback is keen to state it’s not all about him, but the noise when he comes out of the tunnel in Week 11 will probably dictate otherwise.

Newton is going up against a solid Washington Football Team defense that’s still loaded with talent despite Chase Young and Montez Sweat missing the game. It’s also worth remembering that the 2015 NFL MVP has only had one full week of learning the scheme.

That being said, Newton picks things up quickly and has all the physical attributes needed to help the Panthers. Not only this weekend but throughout what is going to be a difficult route to the playoffs after their Week 13 bye.

This is the best supporting cast Newton’s ever had. An All-Pro running back, two prominent receivers, and some promising young rookies that could also up their production with a better option manning the plate.

Couple this with Newton’s obvious ability in the run game and it’s going to make things complicated for Ron Rivera and Washington to stop.

The stage is set for Newton to shine.

Something the signal-caller did on countless occasions during his first stint in Carolina.

That’s why we’re making a bold prediction that Newton will contribute to four combined touchdowns, which would be enough for the Panthers to win.
