What coaching changes could the Carolina Panthers potentially make either in the coming weeks or during the offseason period?

Through 12 weeks, this has to be one of the most disappointing seasons in recent Carolina Panthers history. After a 3-0 start, some associated with the organization may have hastily got their hopes up about what the expectations were for the campaign, which obviously hasn’t and probably won’t come to fruition.

Since then, Carolina has gone 2-7 and found themselves out of playoff contention. Owner David Tepper spent a lot of money to acquire this franchise from Jerry Richardson, and since then he’s seen three seasons of mediocre football.

One thinks he won’t stand for that much longer.

All three units have disappointed at times this season. Phil Snow’s unit probably has the most credibility, however, even the defensive unit has struggled at points for the Panthers in recent weeks.

Don’t be surprised in the offseason to see Tepper clean house and head into the 2022 season with an abundance of new staff. Just who is on the chopping block is up for debate at this juncture.

With this in mind, here are four personnel changes we could see from the Panthers next spring.
